Roddy Shepard

Roddy Shepard, 42, of Henderson, passed away April 28, 2010. He was born March 4, 1968, in Reno. He attended American River College in California, where he played basketball for two years and obtained his associates degree. Roddy returned home to Reno to obtain his bachelors degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, which he did in 1992. While attending UNR, he met his wife, Maria. He worked as a biologist and a Nevada game warden. Roddy was preceded in death by his father, Roy T. Shepard. He is survived by his wife, Maria sons, Aaron, Micah and Jalen mother, Kathleen of Reno and brothers, Ty of Reno, and Steven of Dallas.
