Ronald Claire Regal, the son of Claire and Deloris (Anderson) Regal, was born on November 1st, 1948, in Litchfield, Meeker County, Minnesota. He grew up in the Dassel area where he attended school. In 1966, Ron graduated from Dassel High School. Ron was baptized and confirmed at Gethsemane Lutheran Church. He was a born-again believer who virtually attended Calvary Chapel Chino Hills California. Ron had a dry sense of humor, was always ready to help anyone, and was filled with a loving-kindness.
On June 25th, 1983, Ron was united in marriage to Nancy (Singleton) Regal at Grace Evangelical Free Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together, they made their home in Las Vegas from 1983 until 2021. On April 6, 1991, they welcomed their daughter, Brittney Nicole Regal. During this time, Ron first worked at the Dunes Hotel as an electrician. By 1993, he was employed at the Luxor Hotel where he retired as the Chief of Property Operations.
Ron loved to play golf and played three times a week. He was also an avid Vikings fan and enjoyed watching with his friends at the Blue Ox. He also loved going on trips with his family. He visited Scotland, Ireland, England, Austria, and Germany. He particularly enjoyed the Cotswolds and Cornwall. He also loved to drive his daughter and wife around the United States. Besides that, he enjoyed completing puzzles and solving Sudoku.
Ron is survived by his wife, Nancy Regal of Las Vegas; his only daughter Brittney Nicole Regal of London, England; his siblings Carol McLaughlin of Salt Lake City, UT, and Joel Regal of Las Vegas, NV. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Sue Fuller.
