Sharon Battey

Sharon Anita Battey passed away peacefully the morning of Monday, June 13, 2022 with the love of her family surrounding her.

Sharon was born to James Lee and Alice Barnes, raised by Reginald Barnes in Cleveland, Ohio.  At a younger age she moved to Ontario, California where she met her ex-spouse Kenny Williams and continued pursuing her nursing career.  Later traveling and finally settling in Las Vegas, Nevada where she was actively devoted to many Christian churches throughout the valley and remained in the medical field until she went into retirement, surrounding herself with family and friends.

Sharon will be lovingly remembered by her children, Rashawnda Brown, Eugene Boone, Eddie Sarpong, Keralice Battey (who passed away at 6 months of age), and her youngest Jerdell Williams; Grandchildren Issac Ziegler, Chanell Brown, A’Lajah and Ra’Laysha Joe, Eugene Jr, Julian, Charlene, Kingston, Elijah, and Liliana Boone (Eddie’s daughter), as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The family wished to send a special thank you to Healing Streams Community Church Apostle Paul and all who prayed, contributed, and gave support to the family.
