Shona Faith McKinnis

Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend, Shona Faith McKinnis Wright, of Las Vegas, passed away June 7, 2012.

For those whose path weaved through Shonas world will never forget the dimples, laughter or positive attitude she radiated.

Shona was born Nov. 1, 1964, in Las Vegas and was a lifelong resident.

She is survived by her husband, David McKinnis daughter, Sierra Lynn Martine son, Donovan Maxwell McKinnis father, LeRoy Wright sister, Denise Parr and twin sister, Dona Heifner brothers, Matthew Parr and Ron Heifner multiple nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Smith.

Shona graduated high school in 1982 and held many jobs all involving people. She studied in the medical field and worked for a great doctor and friend. After becoming a mother, her focus changed where she took on the challenge of being a fulltime homemaker turning her focus to cooking. Whala Nothing meant more to her than Dave and her children.

She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Again her way What a fight
