Skyler Morales

August 10, 1997 — January 29, 2021

Skyler Julian Ansley Morales, 23, is warmly remembered as our brave superhero. He is forever known as being a protector to his sisters, cousins and all the youngsters he befriended. This led to his path as a lifeguard and later a security officer. With his compassion and heart of gold he always expressed his eagerness to lend a helping hand.

Skyler recently interviewed for management at FedEx. He was loyal and committed, a hard worker looking forward to leveling up. With a “Package Handler of The Month” award under his belt, his family was reassured “not only would he have had it, but he gave the best interview they ever heard. You raised a great man.“

He was a tremendously dedicated and adoring father to Layla Rayne, devoted son, stepson, grandson, nephew and animal lover, especially cats. As an avid fisherman he was passionate about nature, conservationism, big bass and squidding around with a big goofy smile on his face. He loved geeking out on everything nerdy, playing video games and watching the Broncos with a plate of hot wings nearby. He even won the Blazin' Challenge at Buffalo Wild Wings.

His loved ones will honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. Our beloved Skybear is dearly missed and eternally in our hearts. May the force be with you Sky.
