Spencer Deon Baltimore was born on June 12, 1968, in Las Vegas, NV, to parents Mildred and Roscoe Baltimore, who proceeded him in death. He grew up in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, surrounded by the love of his family.
Spencer was a beloved sibling to his brothers Victor M. Baltimore and Randall L. Baltimore, and his sister Kimberleigh J. Marshall (Baltimore). He was a father to Lateisha C. Magee (Baltimore), Roman L. Baltimore. Spencer is preceded in death by his daughter Sydney D. Baltimore. Spencer took immense joy in being a doting PopPop to his cherished grandchildren, Brooklyn M. Baltimore, and Braelynne Ridgeway-Duncan.
His circle of love extended further to numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends. Spencer had a way of forging connections that left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered.
A passionate golfer, Spencer found solace and happiness on the golf course. He shared this love with his brother Victor and nephew, Brandon, as well as his many dear friends. His time spent on the green was a source of joy and camaraderie that enriched his life.
While his dedication to golf was evident, Spencer's deepest devotion was to his family. His wife Michelle held a special place in his heart, and he adored every moment spent with her. However, it was his granddaughter Brooklyn who brought an unparalleled brightness to his life. His love for his family shone through in every interaction, leaving a legacy of warmth, closeness, laughter, and compassion.
In his final days, Spencer's IMC nurses provided exceptional care and support, for which the family is forever grateful. The kindness and compassion shown during this difficult time were truly a blessing.
The family also extends heartfelt appreciation to all friends and family members who visited, bringing comfort, sunshine, and laughter to Spencer's final moments.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that any donations be made to support them during this time by contacting Michelle Baltimore.
