Stanley Wambolt

May 31, 1947 — October 9, 2024

Stanley Everett Wambolt, born on May 31, 1947, passed away on October 9, 2024. He lived a vibrant life filled with passion, laughter, and love for his family.

Stanley had a remarkable career in Aerospace Engineering, where he excelled and showcased his intellect and skills. He later transitioned to his true passion—real estate and property management—where he thrived as a shrewd yet humble businessman. Stanley took great pride in his work, always approaching it with integrity and a genuine desire to make a difference.

A lover of cooking, Stanley’s favorite activity was gathering around the table to enjoy delicious meals with his family. His love of food was only matched by his enthusiasm for dancing and belting out his favorite karaoke tunes. A true connoisseur, he loved crab legs and a nice glass of red.

His playful spirit shone through during the holidays as he found great joy in hunting & finding the perfect White Elephant gifts. You never knew what you were going to open with that man. He was thoughtful in his gifting, always selecting items he felt perfectly suited the person he was giving them to.

He also had a passion for collecting paperweights and music boxes, treasures that reflected his unique sense of wonder. He had a unique way with words, if you knew Stanley you knew he was always “circling around” or “circling back to something”.

He was named after the baseball player, Stan Musial.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kazuko Schuppert; his children, Melissa Plubell, Jeff (Julia) Schuppert, Robert (Vickie) Schuppert, Joshua (Dawn) Schuppert, and Ulika (Tyson) Reed; his grandchildren, David, Rachel, Kaylee, Kenzie, Leiko, Tyler, Kaleb, Autumn, Emily, Joplin, Freddy, and Curran; and his brother, Eugene Wambolt. He was preceded in death by his cherished son, Steven, and his parents, Judie and Betty Wambolt.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date, for his entire family to all join together, in honoring his legacy.

Stanley's zest for life, love for his family, and generous spirit will be forever remembered by all who knew him.
