Stephen Geoffrey Dunhill passed away before his time at the age of 59 on April 16, 2011 due to Esophageal Cancer.
He was born in Kingslynn, England on December 29, 1951 to mother Kathleen Rohr along with brother Dave, and sisters Ann and Janet.
He is survived by his long marriage of 37 years to loving wife, Rosanna Dunhill, was cut short as well to his son, Nicholas Dunhill.
Stephen was a long time employee at McCarren International Airport as well as the Clark County School District.
Some of his hobbies included collecting model toy trains and classic muscle cars. In addition, he loved to travel and listen to a variety of music with his family. He was a man who had many friends and people that were there for him as he was always there for others.
For his retirement he wanted to go camping with his family and see the states and travel the world. Stephen also served for the United States Navy during the Vietnam War on the U.S.S Hull DD 945. He was a busy man who was not afraid of good ol hard work, yet he always kept his priorities in order to make sure to make time to relax and enjoy life with his wife and son.
With this tragic loss we must not morn for the loss of Stephen , but celebrate the impact he has made in his life to his family and friends. Yes his time with his family and friends was cut way to short, but his memory and legacy will live on.
Services will be held at the Davis mortuary on Eastern and Patrick Thursday April 21 at noon for viewing and 2 PM for services. His final resting place will be the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City on Friday 22 at 8 AM.
