Susan E Deas

Susan Elaine Deas, a devoted and much-loved daughter, niece, sister, mother, grandmother, significant other, aunt, cousin and friend, 71, of North Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on September 22, 2024, in North Las Vegas, Nevada. She will be sorely missed by all. Susan was born in Sumter, South Carolina to Matthew and Priscilla Hamilton on August 7, 1953. She resided in Anchorage Alaska from 1967 to 2016 prior to relocating to North Las Vegas, Nevada. Susan attended Dimond High School and East Anchorage High School, graduating from East Anchorage High. She also attended Anchorage Community College. Susan’s employment extends from BP Exploration Alaska and ConocoPhillips Alaska spanning 30 years of service. Susan is survived by daughters Delwana E. Deas, Jaqueta A. Deas, and Shaynese M. Deas. Sisters, Linda D Deas, Debra Hamilton-Johnson, Patricia A. Hamilton, and Myra Merrill. Grandson, Lorenzo D. Deas. She was preceded by her parents Matthew and Priscilla Hamilton. Visitation will be on October 12, 2024, at 11:00 am at Davis Funeral Home @ 6200 S Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas Nevada. Services will be officiated by Pastor Michael Harris. The family of Susan wishes to extend their sincere thanks to her nurses at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center and Carelon Health Care Center for the excellent care they provided during her time of need
