Theresa Kay Parga

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Theresa K. Parga, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 54. Born on December 14, 1970, in San Diego, California, Theresa was the cherished baby of the Seabock family, growing up alongside her loving siblings, Debbie and Mike.

Theresa’s life was one filled with love, and warmth. She was a caring mother to her three children, Fabian, Roque, and Angelica, and was a proud grandmother to her nine grandchildren. Theresa’s greatest joy came from her family, and her spirit touched everyone she met. She was known for her youthful spirit and vibrant personality, which made her a joy to be around.

Theresa’s legacy will live on through her children, grandchildren, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind an irreplaceable void in the hearts of those who loved her, but her memory will forever remain alive in the stories shared and the love she so freely gave.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Malcolm and Juanelle Seabock, brother, Mike Seabock and husband, Alberto Parga.

She is survived by her significant other Edwin, children Fabian, Roque, Angelica, her nine grandchildren, and her sister Debbie.
