Thomas Patrick McCarthy

Thomas Patrick McCarthy, 58, passed away suddenly of an aneurysm in the evening of January 28, 2012. He was at home at the time of his passing.

Tom started out in the world in Euclid, Ohio in the fifties when life was simpler. He left Ohio when he was eighteen and headed west. He lived and worked in southern California prior to moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in the mid eighties.

Tom was loved by all he knew. He would go out of his way to help even the newest of friends. He was the most honest person you could meet. It did not matter if you were family, a neighbor, a friend he grew up with, or someone he barely knew, he would treat you fairly. Tom was a very good man. He enjoyed interacting with people.

Tom worked in the construction industry for over twentyfive years. His specialty in the field was just about anything he did. He was a perfectionist when on the job.

Tom will be missed by all he knew.

Thomas is survived by his wife, DonnaLynne L. McCarthy, of Las Vegas, Nevada his mother, Barbara R. Estrin, of Bellville, Ohio his brother, Patrick M. McCarthy, of Dalton, Ohio his brother, Michael J. McCarthy, of Cleveland, Ohio his stepson, Jason M. Riley, of Windham, New Hampshire his cats, Mommy Kitty, Lovebug, Little, Shadow, and Velvet.
