Daddy, how was your trip to heaven?
Did you smell the plumeria on the way?
Do you miss us as we miss you?
Daddy, our lives have changed forever-a part of each of us went with you.
And I have no idea when I’ll stop grieving this immense loss.
I feel so thankful to have spent as much time as I did with daddy. He was my protector and made me safe and secure. He was an honest man, who spoke of the truth, our guide towards what’s right. Once he found your true honesty, he stood by you no matter what. He looked for the best in others, and in return, he gave the best we had.
Daddy, I don’t know if we thanked you enough when you were still here. We are thanking you now. You were our greatest blessing.
To our dear relatives and friends who we know are grieving with us, daddy’s final wishes were to leave quietly and fast like a whirlwind. It’s going to be very private.
Thank you for your understanding.
