Tulsa Giles Small, 63, of Las Vegas, passed away January 3, 2011. She was born September 11, 1947, in Atlanta, Georgia and was a 42year resident of Nevada.
She was a retired dancer and casino worker at the Maxim Casino. Tulsa was an avid gardener. She had a home with many pets and travelled frequently. She was passionate for helping elderly people and loved to fish at Lake Mead and the Colorado River. Tulsa danced as a Ron Lewis Dancer for 12 years and in many shows with Sammy Davis Jr. and Liz. She was also a dealer at the Maxim for 16 years.
Tulsa was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Cullins and aunt, Emma Kate.
Tulsa is survived by her husband, Stuart mother, Gladys Snyder sister, Barbara Bane loving nieces, Katherine Taylor Charles and Lisa Phillips Scott sisterinlaw, Dorothy Yessir many loving nieces and nephews and her sweet dog, Cutie.
