Vanessa Wilson

Vanessa was born on October 14, 1959, in Benton Harbor, MI. Then moved Californian, where she was raised. Vanessa graduated with honors from Cajon High School and went on to Valley Collge in San Bernardino, California. She later went on to work as a secretary at Norton Air Force Base. Vanessa was raised in the Apolostolic faith. She was baptized in Jesus' name, and received the gift of the holy ghost, at a young age at Faith Temple Apostolic church, Pastored by Elder J. Grant Tolbert.  She joined the choir and was a strong tenor/singer. She was active in all youth programs at the church.  Vanessa was loved by all of the saints at Faith Temple.  She was an avid reader of the WORD, and devoted much of her free time to fasting and praying as a young adult.

Vanessa was someone who loved purely from her heart. Above all, we give thanks to the Most High God for her life. Vanessa was unique, extraordinary, and irreplaceable. Her beauty, both external and internal, will never be extinguished from our hearts and minds. We are saddened to lose her here on earth, but she didn’t go alone, she took a piece of our hearts with her. And, now she is in paradise with our brother, together! We will meet again soon, as God promised, and oh, what a celebration it will be! We thank God He made you a person without respect of persons, in the demonstration of love. Therefore, we have an example to model. 

A million times over we will miss you.

Vanessa was preceded by her brother Darin to the heavenly father's side.  She is survived by her mother Elverna and her four sisters, Markeeta, Demetrius, Cindy and Myishia. With a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends who all adored her.
