Walter Anthony Doll

Walter A. Doll, 93, a salesman, of Las Vegas, passed away March 1, 2011. He was born Feb. 26, 1918, in Beal City, Mich., resided in Lansing, Mich., was a 33year resident of Nevada. He coached baseball and basketball at St. Marys in Lansing and boxed. He also coached Lansing mens city league baseball. Walter was preceded in death by his wife, Laura son, Bill soninlaw, Richard Payne and brothers, Raldon and Berald. Walter is survived by his daughters, Mary Ted DeView, Rubyanne Payne and Penny Doll sons, Eric David, Terry Gail and Don Doll brother, Eldred Delma and many grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Visitation will be 24 p.m. Sunday, March 6, with Rosary at 3 p.m., both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Funeral service at 1 p.m. Monday, March 7, at St. Annes Catholic Church, 1901 S. Maryland Parkway. Burial will follow at Davis Memorial Park.
