Wanda Lee Taylor

Wanda Lee Jensen Taylor, 91, died peacefully of natural causes on 24 March 2013 at her home in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was the youngest of 7 children born to Alfred and Martha Josephine Larsen Jensen on 28 Nov 1921 in Cornish, Utah. As a youth, Wanda Lee loved ballroom dancing and playing the organ in the Logan Tabernacle. These two loves along with her dazzling smile introduced her to her eternal love, Jay Johnson Taylor, whom she married in Reno, Nevada on 11 Jan 1942.
Wanda Lee and Jay were blessed with four children, Larry, Sid, Cynthia, and Kathryn. Together, they supported the activities, aspirations, and dreams of their children and future grandchildren. Better parents will never be found.
Throughout the years, Wanda Lee has touched the lives of many with her unconditional love and her infectious humor. Her legacy of love and laughter will live on through all who those who have been blessed to know her.
She is survived by Burke Jensen Joyce her sons, Larry Jay Karen and Sidney Lee Carolyn and her daughters, Cynthia Ann and Kathryn, 16 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
