Willie Wilburn Nisson Sproul passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013, due to the effects of prolonged paralysis and a broken hip, surrounded by many of his family. He was born in Washington, Utah, April 15, 1940, the seventh of eight children. When Willie was young, his family moved to Las Vegas, where he has resided ever since. He attended Rancho High School, and then beauty school where he met and married his sweetheart, Toni in 1962. Together they have 3 children: Therese, Willie, and Lee. His hobbies include waterskiing, horseshoes, and his mistress, the yard. He was a cosmetician and owner of Cutters Way, where all who entered became family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gwendolyn Nisson and Grant Woodbury, his birth father, John D. Sproul, his sister Leatrice Johnson, his brother Douglas, his little sister Fern, and one little grandson, Benjamin Thompson. Willie will be greatly missed by so many, but especially by Toni, his best friend and wife of 50 years daughter Therese son Willie Allison son Lee Jeannette adopted kids gathered from the sweet experience of life: Brad and Lilly Reid, Brent and Erinn Thompson, and Jeff and Cathy Flagg 27 grandchildren 4 greatgrandchildren, his brothers Wood Penny and Ed Patti and his sisters, Gwennie Pierce Larry and Jeannie Reich John. We will remember our sweet, loving husband, father, brother, uncle, friend, and grampiere, as a man who has a great love for his country, his family and friends, and our Savior, Jesus Christ, and we look forward to being with him again someday.
